1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Drill Design App website and application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Drill Design App ("we," "us," or "our") provides this Service to you subject to the following conditions.

2. Description of Service

Drill Design App is a web-based application designed for football coaches and sports scientists. It provides tools for:

  • Calculating pitch dimensions based on area per player.
  • Designing and saving football drill diagrams.
  • Managing training sessions and reference data.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Tiers

We offer Free, Pro, and Ultra subscription tiers. Features and pricing for each tier are described on our Pricing page.

Billing

Payments are processed securely via Polar. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("User Content"), including drill diagrams and training data.

By creating User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Drill Design App and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third-party intellectual property right.
  • Interfere with security-related features of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any portion of the Service.
  • Attempt to access or search the Service or download content from the Service through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by us or other generally available third-party web browsers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING: (A) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND (B) ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DRILL DESIGN APP BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
